It is simply my own query as a consumer of BEST undertaking. It is about ' व्हिलींग आकार' that is being levied in our electricity bills since bills dated November, 2016 ( For the bill period 20/10/2016 to 21/11/2016.
Most of you are aware of the fact that BEST was charging BEST electricity consumers (approximately 15.60%) ' परिवहन विभाग तूट परतावा ' against the losses incurred by their transport department up until September, 2016 (bill period 19/8/2016 to 20/9/2016). They ceased to recover this ' प. वि. तू. व. अकार ' from the bill dated October, 2016. However, they have started to charge a new approx more than 40% ' व्हिलींग आकार' from bill dated November, 2016 ( bill period 20/10/2016 to 21/11/2016) and continue to impose this tax. In bill dated October there was no such ' व्हिलींग आकार' levied.
I fail to understand what is meant by this ' व्हिलींग आकार' stands for. Whether it should be read as 'Wheeling' or 'Willing', I don't understand. Well, if it is 'willing', I am not going to pay of my free will.
Will anyone of you be kind enough to enlighten me. Most of the people I spoke to couldn't explain.
